Wedding Hairstyles: Cute, Cheerful Curls

Some women would like to have their hair curled or wavy to reflect their cheerful, cute, free-spirited personality.  Imagine the blend of the long mini curls of Sara Jessica Parker and the wavy locks of Miley Cyrus.  Why not combine these pretty hairstyles for one of the most awaited days in your life?   You may create such charming curls right in your very own bedroom.  This can save you hundreds of dollars from going to the salon.  Let me teach you how.

After shampooing your hair, blowdry your hair and apply a cream formula to prevent dryness.  You may use Pantene Relaxed and Natural Daily Oil Hair Cream Moisturizer.  But if your hair is extra dry, try applying Loreal Vive Pro.  Then grab your hot curling iron.  One with a ceramic rod and temperature control will create longer lasting waves. Try the Babyllis Pro 200 ceramic iron.  Align the rod vertically to your hair and clamp it to the 1 inch section of your hair closest to our face.  Rotate the iron outwards and release it after 5 seconds.  Immediately gather the semi-curled locks and rotate it around two of your fingers.  Lock it to your scalp with a couple of bobby pins.

Don’t worry if it looks like a mess or if the ends are sticking out.  That’s normal.  Take another one inch section of your hair right beside the first rolled set.  This time rotate the iron inwards.  This is to prevent the locks from clumping together.  Do the same steps for the remaining hair.  Ensure that the rotation is alternating in every section.   Keep going until every strand is securely fastened to the scalp.  All your hard work will be worth it.  Remind yourself again that this is a lot cheaper than having it done in your neighborhood salon.

Once you have finished curling and pinning up your hair, mist your hair with a coat of styling spray.  A Davines Wizard No. 7 Crystal Fixative Lacquer will do the part perfectly.  Stay put for five minutes.  Read a magazine.  Watch TV.  Take this time to quiet down and relax.  After the short wait, remove all the bobby pins and brush through your hair gently with your hands.  If there are locks that do not seem to come out the way you want them to, coil them up and spray again.   After another five minutes, take off the pins and brush your hair with your hands one last time.  If you like the way you look, spray your hair with another coating to keep it in perfect shape.

You may bring the styling spray with you for you to spray a coating in the middle of the day.  Ask your mom or your bridesmaid to hold it for you.  And let them inform you when your waves are becoming less defined.

To set yourself apart from all the rest, become the princess that you’ve always daydreamed about!  Top it all off by sliding in a beautiful silver tiara headpiece with Swarovski crystals.  Go ahead and match it with a sparking jewelry set of bracelet, necklace and earrings.
