We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand that on rare occasions, orders may get damaged or filled incorrectly. However, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices low, all sales are final unless (1) an incorrect item was shipped or (2) the item was defective.
If an item is received defective or if an incorrect item was shipped, we will gladly replace the item if you follow the procedure below.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@tiaragarden.com within three days of receiving the item. This should give you enough time to inspect the order and make sure all the items shipped correctly and without defects - please check your order when you receive it! When you email us, please include the following information:
- Your first and last name.
- The order number.
- The name of the defective or incorrect item you would like to exchange.
We will make our best efforts to have a replacement item shipped to you in a reasonable time and will also pay for the standard shipping and handling cost of the replacement.
